Can I order a model that isn't listed on this page?
Order availability opens and closes as each vehicle moves from one model year to the next. If the model you want isn't shown here, contact us and we'll help you.
How do I place an order?
Click "Start Your Custom Order" and describe the vehicle you want in the comments field. Someone from the dealership will get in touch to confirm the details, check whether a matching vehicle is already on its way to us, and then send your order to Ford.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on the model and how it is configured, but Ford works to move your order along as quickly as possible.
Does ordering a vehicle cost extra?
Ford adds no charge for customer orders. The final sale price is agreed between you and the dealer.
Do Ford incentives apply to an ordered vehicle?
Yes. You can use the qualifying incentives available when you place the order or the ones available at final delivery, whichever you prefer.
Can I finance or lease a vehicle I ordered?
Yes. Our team will gladly walk you through the options and help set up your financing.
How can I track my vehicle after ordering?
As soon as a VIN is assigned to your vehicle, you can follow your order at https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/
Where and when do I get my VIN?
Your dealership representative will share the VIN with you once it has been assigned.
How will I know when my vehicle arrives?
When the vehicle reaches the dealership, your representative will contact you to confirm it is here, gather any remaining information needed for the sale, and set a convenient time and place for delivery.
